Clear rules for safe, respectful vehicle rental.

1.The renter must provide accurate personal or company details before a vehicle is released.

2.A valid driving license is required for every authorized driver.

3.A national ID, passport, or other accepted identity document must be provided.

4.Tanzanian/local customers may be asked to provide a work ID. Company rentals may require a business license or authorization letter.

5.Amour Drive Limited may decline or pause a rental if eligibility documents are incomplete, expired, unclear, or inconsistent.

1.The minimum rental period is 3 days for every vehicle unless Amour Drive Limited approves a longer minimum for a specific vehicle or trip.

2.Reservations are subject to admin confirmation, vehicle availability, payment arrangement, and completion of required documents.

3.Late returns may attract extra rental charges, driver fees, recovery costs, or other agreed penalties.

1.The vehicle must be used only within the agreed route, city, region, or geofence stated in the booking or rental agreement.

2.The renter must not take the vehicle outside the agreed area, across borders, off-road, or to restricted locations without written approval.

3.The renter must follow all traffic laws, parking rules, speed limits, and road safety requirements.

1.The renter must respect the vehicle, keep it clean, and return it in the same general condition received.

2.The vehicle must not be used for racing, reckless driving, towing, overloading, illegal goods, unlawful activity, driver training, or sub-renting.

3.Only authorized drivers accepted by Amour Drive Limited may operate the vehicle.

4.Smoking, excessive dirt, interior spills, missing tools, or negligent damage may result in cleaning, repair, or replacement charges.

1.The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level recorded at pickup unless another written arrangement is made.

2.The renter should inspect the vehicle during handover and report visible damage, missing accessories, or concerns before departure.

3.Traffic fines, parking penalties, tolls, fuel shortages, damage, impound fees, and recovery costs caused during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.

4.Accidents, breakdowns, theft, police incidents, or damage must be reported immediately to Amour Drive Limited and, where required, to the relevant authorities.

1.Vehicles may use GPS tracking and booking records for safety, fleet protection, recovery, and customer support.

2.No security deposit is charged. The renter pays the full agreed rental fee at vehicle pickup before the trip begins.

3.The signed rental agreement, booking confirmation, and accepted digital terms form the operating rules for the rental.

4.These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania unless a written contract states otherwise.
